Custom Processing

Please Note:

  • Cut sheets are required upon drop off of the animal. If no cut sheet is present at drop off, we will process to our standard preferences. We appreciate your understanding!

  • All meat is frozen after being cut and wrapped, unless specified. 

  • Beef hangs for approximately 2 weeks.

  • Pigs, lambs, and goats hang for 3-7 days.

  • We bring our meat to get smoked at Brault's Meat Market in Troy, VT.
